I am quoting for you the statement they made on their website (you can view it here).

All campsites include drinking water, clean toilets for men and women, stations with sinks and tools for fun, as well as garbage dumping and recycling. Julian Price and Pisgah Mountain, which provide hot water service for those who want to take a shower, are located in the camping areas and you can use them.

Those who do not have showers or dump stations at the campgrounds are also charged an extra $3.00 to use it at this campground. Each campsite has a picnic table and barbecue where you can light a fire.

Camping is only allowed in designated campsites. Campsites are on a first come, first served basis for a fee of $20 per night. In addition, advance reservations can be made for all the areas you want to camp. We would like you to know that pre-booked campsites cost $20 USD per night.
